What is building capacity?
We can accommodate around 250 in warm weather, approximately 175 in cooler weather. Our max per fire code is 330.
Is there a deposit? When are payments due? Do you offer payment plans?
Yes we require a deposit and we will setup payment plans
How do I reserve a date?
To reserve your date we will require you to sign a wedding agreement and make a deposit.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum?
We do not have a minimum guest count or any food and beverage minimums
Do we have to utilize your caterers?
You can use the caterer of your preference
Do you allow alcohol?
We are a family friendly venue that does not allow alcohol to be served to your guests
Will there be another wedding the same day?
Making you and your wedding our priority for the entire day allows for only one beautiful wedding per day at our venue
Are there overnight accomodations nearby?
Yes there are. Mount Vernon is 20 minutes away with many hotels available.
Do you offer straight tables instead of round?
Yes, we have 6' and 8' long rectangle tables in addition to the 60” round tables
Do you provide table linens, cups, silverware, etc.?
We cover the tables with white linen tablecloths, colored are available at an extra cost.
We do not provide any tableware items such as cups, silverware, etc. If you would like to rent cloth napkins, etc. we have a rental company that delivers to the barn
Do you have outdoor ceremony sites?
Yes we have The Landing and The Pines areas. We have also had ceremonies by the water and using the field areas as a backdrop, all of these are beautiful
Do you allow animals on the grounds?
We do not allow animals unless you have special permission or they are a service or assistance dog.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept all major credit cards, check and/or cash
My preferred dates are unavailable, do you have a cancellation waiting list?
Yes, please contact us to be added to the list.
Where can I find pictures of the decor that is available to borrow?

Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers from the lights etc.?
We ask that you help us to take care of the barn's history by not using nails or screws in any part of the barn. Command hooks work well on the walls. If you have a special need, please contact us for ideas of the best way to display.
Can we hire someone on your team to decorate and clean up for us?
Yes, we have a team of people that do a wonderful job decorating as well as a team that would be happy to clean up for an extra charge.
Do you have a kitchen?
We have a prep kitchen. It includes an area for putting foods together, displaying on trays, etc., a refrigerator, microwave and sink, and storage area for supplies.
Do you have indoor plumbing?
Yes, thankfully we have beautiful updated bathrooms with running water.
