The Barn at Sunset Valley is one of the most affordable combinations of chic, rustic and elegant barn venues in the area. You really can afford to have the wedding of your dreams here.

Whether your budget is small or large or somewhere in between, we just might be the place you've been looking for. We also have hundreds of items that can be borrowed for your wedding from centerpieces to decor (saving you a lot of money). Additionally we don’t have a minimum number of guests, china requirements, nor do we require you to use our caterers, you are free to choose vendors of your choice.

PRICING IS DEPENDANT ON MONTH AND YEAR

  • WEEKDAY PRICES ARE THE MOST ECONOMICAL STARTING AT $2000 (pricing is dependent on day & time of year)

  • FRIDAY WEDDINGS a great day to save the budget STARTING AT $2400

  • Check out our Availability to see prices for each month and year, pick your date and year and the price will be attached.

Other Details

  • A deposit of $350 is required to reserve and hold your date

  • We can setup payment plans for your convenience. We accept cash, check, VENMO, cashapp & zelle

Rehearsal packages are available, pricing varies dependent upon the event size and hours needed.

We have other packages available that include photography and/or hair and makeup at locally owned businesses by people we trust to do a great job.

What’s Included

  • Exclusive access to the venue and grounds on the North, South and West sides, we only allow one wedding per day so your group will have the barn to yourselves and your wedding will be our focus

  • Beautiful covered porch area with outdoor patio tables and chairs, a great place for hors d’oeuvres, a food line or lounge/coversation area. The porch also has a cemented patio area under it for added area for you and your guests to enjoy visiting with many other options

  • Round tables covered with white linen tablecloths and chairs for your reception setup to your specifications for you

  • Year-around ambience and string lights with overhead décor in the barn and patio areas for your enjoyment and to save you money and having to decorate

  • Hundreds of classic and vintage décor items for use to borrow

  • Outdoor games such as cornhole and others

  • Outdoor play area for kids to have fun

  • Our team members on site to assist in making your day run smoothly

  • Your choice of outdoor ceremony location, including white chairs setup for your guests. We have two areas that already have an arbor ready for you to decorate if you choose one of these sites.

  • Golf cart with driver to assist guests from outdoor ceremony to reception if needed

  • Many special places for photos to last a lifetime

  • Round tables covered with white linen tablecloths and up to 250 chairs setup to your specifications

  • Area for ladies to dress and get ready

  • “Man cave” for the groomsmen to get ready and prepare

  • Indoor bathrooms

  • Prep kitchen which includes refrigerator, microwave, sink, stainless steel counter and storage area

  • Bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

  • An engagement session with you and the photographer of your choice at any of the beautiful sites around the barn with scheduling approval

  • Parking in gravel or grass for all of your guests

  • No hidden fees. All of our taxes etc. are included. Additional fees are only added for additional services not included in the above.
